Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Screening Questionnaires Library

The Screening Questionnaires Library holds all the existing questionnaires for your company.

Actions

On this screen, you can perform the following actions.

Action Description
Edit Select this action to display the questionnaire in an editable form, on which changes can be made and saved.
Copy Select this action to quickly create a new questionnaire that is based on an existing one.
Activate/ Deactivate Select this action to change the status of the questionnaire.

An open lock icon means that the questionnaire is available and will be displayed as an option in drop-down lists.

A closed lock indicates that the questionnaire is inactive and will not appear as an option in drop-down lists..

Delete Questionnaires cannot be deleted once they have been used.
